# What part do I need for my Broaster 1800?

## Listing of parts for the Broaster 1800 Pressure Fryer with SmartTouch or Temp N Time Controllers

The Broaster 1800 Parts Manual shows diagrams and blown-out models of the various sections of the unit to correctly identify which parts you need to order. This is for units with the SmartTouch Controller.

Once you've identified the number from the drawing, visit page 37 for the corresponding name of the part to confirm it is the correct one.
