Within the Operations Manual, there are troubleshooting flows to aid in resolving simple issues that may arise.

Scenarios include:
- Cooks all the time
- Hamburger overcooking and sticks to top plate
- Hamburger cooks on one side but not the other
- Have to push start button several times to get hamburger done
- Cooks for 5 seconds on #1 position then turns off
- Green light is on but won't cook when red button is pushed.
- Cooks all the time unless cook mode switch is in #2 position
- Meat is green on one side and raw on the other
